Electronic Mailing List FAQ

Here are some Frequently Asked Questions about the TBT electronic mailing list:

Q: How do I sign up?
A: If you are already a member and/or we have your email address on file, you are on the mailing list. If you aren't receiving messages, please contact the webmaster.

Q: How do I unsubscribe?
A: Please send an email to TBT-News-request@serve.com with the word "help" in the subject line. You will receive a reply in your inbox with a customized link to the "edit account" page (note: you can ignore the rest of the information that is in that message-it is code for more advanced setting management). There is an unsubscribe button on that page. When all else fails, please contact the webmaster.

Q: Can I send a message to the mailing list?
A: Only authorized people are allowed to send messages to the mailing list. If you have not been authorized to send messages, your email will not be sent to the congregation and you will receive a rejection notice in your inbox. Authorized people can send an email to tbt-news@serve.com

Q: Is my email address private? Can I view the master list?
A: The membership list is not available to the public to ensure the security of our members. The President and Spiritual Leader both have a secured gateway to the membership list which is highly protected. If you have any questions, please contact the webmaster.

Q: How can I become authorized to send messages to the list?
A: Please contact the webmaster with your request. Your request will be screened by the administration.

Q: My question hasn't been answered.
A: Please contact the webmaster and he will contact you within 48 hours.
